How many days do I have to return an item?
You have 21 days to return unused goods in their original packaging. Please refer to our Returns Procedure for further details.
Do I have to pay for the returns?
If the customer is outside of the UK, then they are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless we have in error sent out the wrong item, in which case we will reimburse the customer for the cost of returns.
How long does it take for refund to reach my account?
We will issue you a refund within 5 working days of refund approval. However, please note the payment can take several days to appear in your account, as the final processing time is dependent on your bank.
Are all products 10% cashmere and 90% merino wool?
Yes, all products are made from 10% of the finest cashmere and 90% of the highest quality merino wool - each ethically and sustainably sourced. Made and designed in Portugal.
What happens if I send back a used item?
We do not accept returns of used items, and will return it back to you at your own expense. In the highly unlikely event that your item has developed a fault after the initial 21-day return period, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Is the product I see the same I will get?
We quality check all our products before shipping to ensure that you receive what you pay for. However there could be small differences in colours depending on your screen resolution and other factors. Due to this, the consistency and impressions in each product will have minor variations from each other and from our pictures, making each piece completely and truly unique.
What happens if I have a faulty item?
In the highly unlikely event that your goods develop a fault, you need to email us immediately. It is important that you read our Terms and Conditions before contacting us at this stage.
